抄纸条件对淀粉/聚胺复合物作用效果的影响

Effects of Papermaking Condition on the Functions of Starch/Polyamine Complexs

对淀粉 /聚胺复合物 (CPA)在不同的抄纸条件下的作用效果进行了考察。结果表明 ,不同浆种对CPA的纸力增强和助留效果有较大的影响。添加w =1 .5 %的CPA ,甘蔗浆的纸力增大了 41 .3% ,再生浆的浆留着率提高了 8%。添加硫酸铝使CPA的作用性能下降 ,但CPA仍具有较大的增强纸力和提高施胶度的性能。

The functions of starch/polyamine complex under the different papermaking conditions were investigated.The results showed that different pulps had significant effects on improvement of paper strength and retention of the pulps by CPA.When the dosage of CPA was 1.5%,the tensile strength of the bagasse pulp was increased by 41.3%, the retention of the recycled pulp was increased by 8%.Although the efficiency of CPA in rosin sizing was reduced,it still improved greatly the tensile strength and retention of the pulps.
