摘要
通过研究阐明在长江三峡工程建成及退田还湖工程完成后,若遇1954年型洪水,湖口附近地区的分洪量仍在95.7亿m3以上,远大于规划分洪量50亿m3,兴建鄱阳湖控制工程仍十分必要;该工程不仅对于长江中下游和鄱阳湖区有较大的防洪作用,可实现江湖两利的防洪目标,具有发电、供水、血防、航运、水产、改善生态环境等巨大的社会经济效益.
This paper stated that buliding the control project of Poyang Lake is necessary if the 1954 type flood take place ,the flood diversion quantity near Hukou county is more than 9.57 billion m3 which is more than the planning diversion quantity of 5 billion m3,after the Three Gorge Project was built and the project of reducing the field to the Lake was finished .This project has better flool control effect on the middle and down stream of Changjiang River and the Poyang Lake area.It has the great social and economic benefit such as water power,water supply,snail fever control,navigation,aquatic product and improving the ecological environment.
