摘要
一种以表面活性剂、丙二烯二胺 (丙二烯胺 )和柠檬酸、EDTA为主要组分的硫化亚铁清洗配方 ,在催化剂存在的条件下能迅速与硫化亚铁发生反应 ,生成乙烯和单质硫。用上述情况剂对聚积有大量硫化亚铁的炼油设备进行清洗可防止这些设备在检修时发生硫化亚铁焦炭自燃事故。配方中表面活性剂用量为 3‰~ 8‰ ,丙二烯二胺为 2‰~ 5‰ ,柠檬酸为 3‰~ 8‰ ,EDTA为 4‰~ 9‰ ,各组分用量可根据系统垢物情况未确定。上述清洗配方已在长岭分公司和天津分公司的多台 (套 )
The iron sulfide cleaning formulation with the surfactant, allene diamine, citric acid and EDTA as the main ingredients could react rapidly with the iron sulfide to form ethylene and element sulfur in the presence of catalyst. Cleaning the refinery equipment deposited with large amount of iron sulfide using the above agent could prevent the auto-ignition of the iron sulfide coke on the equipment during the maintenance. The formulation usually contains 0.3%~0.8% of surfactant, 0.2%~0.5% of allene diamine, 0.3%~0.8% of citric acid and 0.4%~0.9% of EDTA. Furthermore, the percentage of each ingredient can be adjusted based upon the fouling conditions of the system. This formulation has been successfully applied in the cleaning operation of the process equipment in Changling Petrochemical Company and Tianjin Petrochemical Company.
