摘要
介绍了硬质聚氯乙烯塑料的物理化学性能和机械性能 ,分析了其在盐酸装置中的使用状况。渭河实业公司精制盐酸装置的卸酸过滤器、除雾器以及部分管道系采用硬质聚氯乙烯塑料制造 ,经采取硅酸铝纤维 (外缠玻璃布 )绝热防老化措施后 ,已在露天条件下运行两年 ,其性能无明显变化。但其使用温度不应高于65℃ 。
The physical and chemical properties and mechanical performance of the hard PVC plastics were introduced and its application in the chlorhydric acid refining unit was analyzed. When the filter, demister and some pipelines of the chlorhydric acid refining unit were made from the PVC plastics insulated by aluminum silicate fiber, they have been running in open air for 2 years without significant change in performance. But the operating temperature should not exceed 65℃ so that the strength would not be affected.
