沿海地区挡潮闸综合防腐蚀技术

Integrated Corrosion Protection Technology for Tide Protection Gate in Coastal Area

针对江苏省淮海农场挡潮闸地处沿海的特点 ,以防止混凝土碳化、不受氯离子侵蚀、提高混凝土耐蚀性以及保证建筑物的耐久性为目的 ,在挡潮闸的防腐蚀处理中 ,采用了补偿收缩水泥砂浆喷涂、钢筋混凝土防腐蚀“双掺”、混凝土防腐蚀“外涂”、UEA型混凝土膨胀剂等多种新技术、新材料 ,并在施工中采用了闸门理件安装一次成形、钢筋气压焊、综合蓄热法等新的施工工艺 。

As the tide protection gate of Huaihai Farm of Jiangsu Province is located in the coastal area, to prevent the reinforced concrete structure from carbonization and erosion and to improve the erosion resistance and extend the service life of the concrete, the new technologies and materials have been used in the construction, such as application of condensation compensation mortar spray, addition of corrosion resistant materials into the concrete, use of external coating for the structure and application of UEA type concrete expansion agent as well as insured successful installation of the build-ins, application of pressure gas welding for steel rods and comprehensive heat accumulation process etc. Good results have been achieved.
