离心泵润滑油变质原因分析及改进

摘要 分析了中原大化集团合成氨装置贫液泵润滑油系统滤油器压差迅速升高的原因 ,指出主要是机械密封损坏或密封水压过低、滴水槽液位过高、贫液泵轴封散热不好、轴承护圈间隙过大等 ,从而使K2 CO3漏入碱液润滑油系统 ,导致润滑油变质。经采取更换机械密封环、提高密封压力、提高循环水量以及适当扩大排液孔等措施 。 The sharp rise in differential pressure of lube oil filter for the lean liquid of ammonia plant of Zhongyuan Dahua Co., Ltd. was analyzed. It was concluded that the degradation of lube oil was caused by the leakage of K2CO3 caustic liquid resulted from the damaged mechanical seal, low sealing water pressure, high liquid level of dripping sum, poor heat radiation of the shaft seal of lean liquid pump and large space of shaft protection ring etc. The problem has been solved by replacing mechanical seal and increasing sealing pressure and cooling water flowrate, etc.
