摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)又称老年性痴呆,是一种多发于老年人,以进行性认知障碍和记忆能力损害为主的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。其典型的组织病理学改变是老年斑和神经纤维缠结。本文就PET在AD诊断、疾病预测、药物疗效观察、神经递质功能评价等方面的应用作一简要阐述。 Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease of central nervous system that causes progressive cognitive and memory deterioration in the elderly people. Affected brains of AD patients are characterized by the presence of senile plaques(SP)and neurofibrillary tangles(NFT). The review will focus on the application of positron emission tomography (PET) in the diagnosis, progression prediction, treatment and evaluation of neurotransmission activity of AD.
