提升管轻烃反应器流体力学性能研究

摘要 鉴于我国成品油市场柴油短缺,汽油烯烃高的特点,为灵活调变催化裂化柴汽比,并降低汽油烯烃含量,开发了一种新型的套管式提升管反应器形式.实验考察了餐管流化线速对内外管床层密度、固体颗粒速度的影响,研究了固体颗粒在内外管流量的分配关系.实验结果表明:采用该结构可以实现催化剂在内外管内流量的灵活调变,外环内催化剂质量流量百分比可以在24.5%~44.3%范围内调节. The key problems in Chinese oil market are the shortage of diesel and high olefin content in gasoline.A novel riser reactor is developed to flexibly adjust the FCC diesel/gasoline ratio and efficiently reduce the olefin content in gasoline.Influences of the outside gas velocity on the density in the central tube and annular fluidized bed and the particle velocity in the annular reactor are studied.The effects of gas velocity on the ratio of particles mass rate in the inner tube and the annular part are also carried out as well.The experimental results show that with this centralandannular structure,catalyst flowrate in the central tube and the annular part can be adjusted flexibly.The mass flowrate percentage of the catalyst in the annular part can be adjusted between 24.5% and 44.3%.
