作为"班集体的灵魂",班主任必须抓好"四育":(一)示范教育,诱导优良行为;(二)自我教育,提高管理能力;(三)活动教育,激发美好情感;(四)转化教育,立足共同进步,才能使班集体真正成为现代教育中优化育人的载体,从而全面提高学生的素质。

As the soul of a class,a class teacher should pay close attenion to four kinds of instruction.That is,instruction of playing an exemplary role,instruction of self-control,instruction of activities,instruction of transformation.Thus a class can be turned into a real carrier for educating students so as to improve students overall quality.
