摘要
我国教师教育五个方面的发展走向 ,是分析和研究西部省会城市以外地方师范学院教师教育面临的特殊困难及发展战略与策略的基础依据和线索。以求实的态度认真检讨该类院校的角色定位、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设以及正确处理教师教育与学术研究的关系等问题 。
The five developing trends of teacher education in our country are the basic foundation and clues for analyzing and studying the special difficulties and developing strategies faced by teacher education at local normal universities beyond capital cities in the west. Conscientious review of its role orientation, talents training pattern, teacher team development, and appropriate cooperation of the relationship between teacher education and academic research has strong instructiveness and pertinence to the reform and development of such institutions.
