Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur with DHS

目的 :分析应用动力髋螺钉 (DynamicHipScrewDHS)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效 ;方法 :对我院从 1998年以来用DHS内固定治疗 4 6例股骨粗隆间骨折的分析和术前、中、后的处理及疗效进行评价 ,平均随访 1年半 ;结果 :本组全部随访 ,疗效满意 ;结论

Objective:To analyse the curative effects of DHS interal fixation in treating intertrochanteric fractrures.Methods:To assess the classification,pre-operative intraoperative and post-operative treatment and curative effects of 46 cases of intertrochanteric fracures treated with DHS intermal fixation in our hospital since 1998.The average follow-up period was one and half years.Results:The postoperative outcome was satisfactory since all cases of this series being followed up.Conclusions:The authors consider that DHS interal fixation is an ideal method for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures at present.
