摘要
目的 :探讨急进性肾炎 (RPGN)的临床特点和改善本病预后的措施。方法 :分析 11例RPGN患者的临床表现 ,病理诊断 ,强化治疗等与转归的关系。结果 :11例患者中 ,4例恢复社会劳动 ,6例在替代治疗 ,4例死亡。结论 :RPGN患者增加 ,女患者增加。及时诊断 ,积极合理治疗 ,可减少患者损失 。
Objective:To investigate the chinical feature of RPGN and methods to improve its prognosis.Mathods:Analysing the relation among clinical feather,pathologic diagnosis,strengthening treatment and prognosis of 11 patients.Results:Four patients restored the social labour,six took continous renal replacement therapy,four died.Conclusion:RPGN patients increased,esp female suffers.If the RPGN patients can be diagnosed intime treated acfivdy and logically,the loss can be decreased and some of them can reentry the society.
