摘要
目的 掌握我区人群正常血压水平 ,为高血压防治提供科学依据。方法 国际通用血压测量方法和质控标准 ,对全区七个县人口进行整群随机抽样调查 ,2 2个居委会和 3 0个自然村入选 ,共调查1 5 3 84人 ,根据年龄分为 1 4组 ,5岁为一年龄段。血压按 1 999年WHO/ISH高血压治疗指南的分类标准。结果 高血压患病率 1 0 1 %,标准化患病率 1 0 4%,血压正常者 89 9%,其中理想血压 5 2 9%,正常血压3 0 0 %,正常高限血压 1 8 1 %。各年龄组正常血压平均值为 :城市男性血压 (1 1 1 3± 2 5 )~ (1 2 5 7±1 0 7) / (72 1± 1 1 )~ (80 7± 6 7)mmHg ,女性血压 (1 0 7 2± 2 4)~ (1 2 5 3± 6 1 ) / (6 9 7± 0 5 )~ (78 1± 2 3 )mmHg ,农村男性血压 (1 1 5 0± 0 8)~ (1 3 3 9± 4 6 ) / (71 6± 1 5 )~ (80 7± 3 5 )mmHg ,女性血压 (1 1 0 1± 0 9)~ (1 2 8 1± 1 1 3 ) / (70 0± 1 0 ) (78 3± 5 4)mmHg 结论 男女人群正常血压均值随年龄增长而缓慢上升。地域不同 ,职业不同 ,人群血压水平也不同。
Objective To investigate the normal blood pressure levels among the population in Dingxi prefecture. Methods Chester sampling survey was employed in this study. 22 communities and 30 villages in 7 counties were selected and 15384 individuals were investigated. The examinees were divided into 14 groups according to age distribution, and five years serve as an age interval. The classification of blood pressure referred to the WHO/ISO guideline concerning hypertension published in 1999. Results The morbidity rate of primary hypertension was 10.1%, and thestandardized morbidity rate was 10.4%. 89.9% people were in normal blood pressure range, of which 52.9% with optimal, 29.0% with normal and 18.1% with high normal blood pressure.The average blood pressures were (111.3± 2.5 ) ~ (125.6±10.7)/(72.1±1.1)~(80.7±6.7)mmHg in male urban population, (107.2~2.4)~(125.3±6.1)/(69.7±0.5) ~ (78.1±2.3)mmHg in female urban population, (115.0±0.8)~(133.9±4.6)mmHg/(71.6±1.5)~(80.7±3.5)mmHg and (110.1±0.9)~(128.2±11.3)/(70.0±1.0)~(78.3~5.4)mmHg in rural male and female populations respectively.With increase of age, blood pressure was elevated gradually. Conclusions Blood pressure increases gradually along with the increment of age both in male and female.Blood pressure also shows considerable variation among populations with different professions and in different districts.
