小儿美克尔憩室合并症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of symptoms in children's Meckel diverticulum

目的 了解小儿美克尔憩室合并症的临床症状、诊断及治疗。方法 采用回顾性分析的方法 ,总结 2 1例小儿美克尔憩室合并症的临床表现及治疗情况。结果 2 1例患儿均手术探查确诊 ,术后均痊愈出院。结论 对小儿美克尔憩室合并症的全面认识可提高术前诊断 ,减少误诊 ,提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the clinic symptom,diagnosis andtherapy of symptoms in children's Meckel diverticulum.Methods The clinic symptoms and therapy process of 21 children petients with Meckel diverticulum have been summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Results Diagnosis of the 21 patients,who were all recovery,was performed by sutgery exploration. Conclusions All-side cognition of Meckel diverticulum in children can not only affirm diagnosis,but also increase the recovering rate.
