国产Q-开关红宝石激光治疗色素性皮肤病疗效观察

目的:探讨国产Q-开关红宝石激光机治疗色素性皮肤病的疗效。方法:采用安徽博澳激光发展有限公司研制的RLMR-I型激光皮肤治疗仪,波长532nm,治疗47例色素性皮肤病患者。结果:47例中太田痣24例、纹眉失误8例、纹身4例、雀斑样痣2例、咖啡斑7例、脂溢性角化2例,除2例洗眉后患者、2例脂溢性角化患者,余病例均有效,且重复治疗可提高疗效,无色素沉着或减退、无疤痕形成等副作用。结论:RLMR-I型Q-开关红宝石激光皮肤治疗仪治疗色素性皮肤病有较好的疗效且安全,成本较进口机器低,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect in the patients with pigmentary disord ers treated with Q -switched ruby laser.Methods47patients with pigmentary disorders were treated with Q -switched ruby laser(Model RLMR -I,Anhui BoAo Laser Corp,China).Wavelength 532nm.Results In total 47patients,respectively 24cases of nevus Ota,8cases of eyebrow tatto o failures,4cases of tattoos,2case s of lentigines,7cases of caféspots,2cases of seborrbeic keratosis.After treatment,effective outcomes were seen in 43patients.No improvement was se en in 2patients with eyebrowtattoos,2patients with seborrbeic keratosis.We also found that the therapeutic effe ct was related to treatment sessions,and no side effects,such as hyperpigmentation,h ypopigmentation and scares,were fo und.Conclusions This clinical data demonstrate the Q-switched ruby laser is a safe and eff ective method for treatment of pigmentary disorders,and deserves to be used widely.
