摘要
通过对 118名不同层次护理人员对法律法规认知程度及在临床护理工作中应用情况的调查分析 ,提出相关法学知识及法律法规在护理人员中教育、再教育的重要性 ,以保障护理人员的合法权益 ,更好地提高护理质量 ,保障医疗安全。
By investigating to 118 different level nurses, the study analyzed the degree of cognition and the application on the law and regulations in clinical settings. It put emphasis on the curriculum of law science, law and regulations in the education and reeducation among nursing students and nursing staff, thus ensure nursing staff's lawful rights and interest, the quality and safety of medical care.
