血康口服液对家兔免疫性血小板减少症的治疗作用

The effects of treatment with XueKang oral solution on immune thrombocytopenia in rabbits

目的:观察血康口服液对免疫性血小板减少症家兔的治疗作用。方法:建立家兔免疫性血小板减少症模型,设对照组、模型组与血康口服液组(1.4ml/kg),灌胃给药8天,测定兔外周血小板数,以及血小板表面相关抗体(PAIgG)作为观察指标。结果:血康口服液能显著抑制模型家兔的血小板减少和血小板表面相关抗体的升高。结论:血康口服液对家兔的免疫性血小板减少症有明显的疗效。

Objective To explore that XueKang oral solutio n(XK)potentially treated immune thrombocytopenia in rabbits.MethodsA rabbitmodelofimmunethrombocyto penia was developed.Rabbits werera ndomlydividedintothree groups:the normal control,the model and XK group.XK was given intragastrically at a dose of 1.4ml /kg per day f or eight days.The circulating platele t count in peripheral blood and the le vel of platelet -associated IgG(PAIgG)were measured.Results Treatment with XKmarkedly ameliora te the drop in platelet count and the e levated PAIgGof rabbits with immune thrombocytopenia.Conclusions XKis an effective therapy for immune thrombocytopenia in rabbits.
