摘要 目的 :缓解护士缺编的矛盾。方法 :通过面试、体检、技能考核、理论考试等程序招聘合格的护理人才。结果 :经过层层筛选 ,所聘护士工作适应能力强 ,工作效率高。结论 :招聘合同护士的方法可行 ,充实了护理队伍 ,缓解了护士不足的矛盾 ,使经过专业培训的优秀人才有了自己的发展空间 ,减少了护理人力资源的浪费 ,同时使正式护士产生了危机感和强烈的竞争意识 。 Objective:To alleviate the problem of nurses' shortage. Method:To advertise for the qualified nurses by means of interviewing, physical examination, skill examination, theory test and other procedures. Result: The engaged nurses had strong working adaptability and high efficient through the screen at each level . Conclusion: The method of advertising for temporary nurses was practicable. It substantiate nurses groups, and alleviate the problem of nurses' shortage, and let excellent nurses have their own development opportunity by professional training, furthermore, it makes the regular nurses have the feeling of crisis and the strong sense of competition, and play a positively promoting role to nursing work.
