摘要
考察了以2,4 二羟基二苯甲酮、正溴辛烷为原料,在碳酸钾存在的条件下,以环己酮为溶剂,一步法直接合成UV 531。通过实验研究,确定了该合成反应的最佳工艺条件,在此工艺条件下,合成UV 531的收率在92%以上。
2Hydroxyl4octoxydiphenylketone is directly synthesized by 2,4dihydroxydiphenylketone and noctyl bromide at the present of K2CO3 as the catalyst and cyclohexanone as solvent. And the process is optimumized. At the optimum condition,the yield of the product is over 92%.
