三元层状Ti_2AlC陶瓷材料的合成制备研究

摘要 以Ti,Al,C微粉为原料 ,分别采用放电等离子 (SPS)烧结工艺和热压工艺 (HP)烧结制备Ti2 AlC层状陶瓷材料。X射线衍射和扫描电镜 (SEM)分析的结果表明 :采用放电等离子 (SPS)烧结工艺时 ,能够在 110 0℃的温度下制备高纯、致密Ti2 AlC材料。采用热压工艺时 ,则很难合成高纯的Ti2 It introduced synthesis of layer Ti 2Al C ceramics by spark plasma sintering and hot pressing from Ti,Al and C elemental powders,respectively.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used for phase identification and microscopic evaluation.High-purity Ti 2AlC ceramics can be prepared by spark plasma sintering at 1100℃.However,it is hard to obtain high-purity Ti 2AlC ceramics by means of hot pressing method.
