摘要 本文综述了选择性环加氧酶COX 2基因表达调节的可能机制 ;COX 2在炎症反应、呼吸道、心血管、神经系统、骨骼系统以及肿瘤等疾病中的病理生理作用 ;选择性COX 2抑制剂的研究开发现状与展望。 In this article, the possible mechanism of COX-2 gene expression and modulation; the roles of COX-2 in the diseases related with inflammatory reaction, respiratory tract, cardiovascular system, skeletal system, nervous system and neoplasm; Selective COX-2 Inhibitor in progress of research and development were reviewed. The trend of Selective COX-2 Inhibitor was looked into the future.
