摘要 目的 :制备低分子聚谷氨酸。方法 :采用正交设计方法 ,优化聚谷氨酸的酸降解条件 ,并用膜分离方法分离纯化 ,冷冻干燥。结果 :确定降解最佳条件为pH 3;温度 80℃ ;时间 8h。选择膜截留分子量为 1万 ,压力为 0 0 6MPa ,膜通量 30 2L/hm2 。结论 :此法可得到分子量为 2万~ 5万的低分子聚谷氨酸。 AIM:To prepare low molecular weight polyglutamic acid. METHOD:An orthogonal test method was used to optimize the degradation conditions of PGA. The low molecular weight PGA was separated and purified by ultra filtration membrane and dried in vacuum. RESULT:The best degradation condition was determined:the pH of PGA's water solution is 3,temperature is 80℃, and time is 8 h. The membrane MWCO is 10000,the operation pressure is 0.06MPa and the permeate flux is 30.2 L/hm 2 . CONCLUSION:low molecular weight PGA(Mw 20000~50000) can be prepared by this way.
