H_2S分压对1-十二烯在NiMo/Al_2O_3催化剂上加氢反应的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在加氢裂化反应过程中 ,裂化产生的痕量烯烃会与H2 S结合生成硫醇。为研究H2 S对烯烃加氢及硫醇生成的影响 ,实验室采用微反以正 -十二烯为模型化合物 ,考察了H2 S存在下 1-十二烯在NiMo Al2 O3催化剂上的加氢反应。结果表明 ,在一定范围内H2 S分压的变化对 1-十二烯的转化率没有明显影响 ,但对产品中异构烯烃的选择性有很大影响 ,并直接影响产物中十二碳硫醇的收率与分布。 During the process of hydrocracking, the trace olefine caused by hydrocracking will react with H 2S to form mercaptans. In order to understand the influences of H 2S on the olefins hydrogenation and mercaptans formation, by using Micro-Reactor ,1-dodecene is selected as a model compound to investigate the influence of the Hydrogen sulfide Partial pressure on the dodecene Hydrogenation reaction of NiMo/Al 2O 3 Catalyst. The results show that H 2S partial pressure within some extent does not evidently influence the conversion of 1-dodecene,but obviously effect the yields and selectivity of some other dodecenes in the product and make a direct influence to the yield and distribution of the dodecanethiols in the product.
