抚顺石油二厂MTBE装置运行分析

Operating Analysis of MTBE in Fushun No.2 Refinery

对MTBE装置 2 0 0 1年采用混相床催化蒸馏深度转化合成MTBE工艺进行了介绍 ,在2 0 0 2年 7月 2 4日对MTBE装置进行了标定 ,装置在 10 0 % (碳四处理量 )负荷下的物料平衡情况下的产品质量和能耗情况与设计值进行比较和讨论 ,通过分析MTBE装置标定结果 ,无论是在生产能力上 。

By using mixed phase bed and catalytic distilling deep process, MTBE operating process was introduced in this paper. MTBE operating process was demarcated on 24 Jul., 2002. Product quality and energy consumption and designer value were compared and discussed. According to the result of MTBE operating process, product level and energy consumption reached designer requirement.
