摘要
目的:探讨5种特异性低分子量抗病毒免疫调节因子的组成差异,及其与抗病毒特异性的关系。方法:用甲肝疫苗、重组酵母乙肝疫苗、灭活流感疫苗、流行性出血热双价灭活疫苗、水痘减毒活疫苗分别接种幼猪,取脾脏制备特异性抗病毒低分子量免疫调节因子,并分析其游离氨基酸及酸水解后总氨基酸的组成。结果:5种特异性低分子量抗病毒免疫调节因子均由相同的17种氨基酸组成,其中GLU、GLY、LYS、SER、ALA含量较高,CYS、MET、ILE含量较低;且GLU、GLY、LYS在5类因子中的百分含量差别最大。结论:在该类因子中相同的17种氨基酸是构成每种因子的化学基础,而氨基酸组成的差异是决定抗病毒特异性的功能基础。
Object:To explore the differences among five kinds of specific low molecular an-tiviral immunoregulatory factors and the relation ship between the composition differences and the an-tivirial specificity.Meth ods:Hepatitis A vaccine,recombinant yeast hepatitis B vaccine,inactivated in-fluenza vaccine,epidemic hemorrhagic fever bivalent inactivated vaccine and varicella attenuated live vaccine are used to inoculate porkets separately,and then the spleens are collected to prepare low molecular specific activiral immunoregulatory factors,which are analyzed for dissociative and total con-tent of amino acid.Re sults:The five samples prepaned all comprise17kinds of amino acids,of which GLU、GLY、LYS、SER、ALA are high incontent,CYS、MET、ILE are low;and with GLU、GLY、LYS varying greatly in content percentoge.Con clu sion:The17kinds of amino acids are the chemical basis of the factors,and the differences in the comprisition of amino acid are the functional basis that determines the antiviral speciticty.
