产业金融机构:我国财务公司的发展定位

Industry with Financial Combinative Construction:The Position of the our Country Finance Company Development

作为产融结合的载体,我国财务公司现行功能定位的缺失,使得其发展空间大大受限,进而在实践中受到质疑。故打破企业集团限制,将财务公司定位为专业化产业金融机构,并根据各产业发展的特点确定其业务功能,应是目前我国财务公司发展的主要方向。

At present,as carrier of combine of industry and finance,the orientation of fi nance com-pany in China is impertinent and prevents its development.Therefore,Author thinks fi nance compa-ny should be as specialized industry finance institution in whole industry.Its function in operation should be decided according to difference of industrial character.
