摘要
金融监管作为对金融业风险的外部监督与管理,随着金融全球化、网络化及金融自由化改革和对外开放的步伐加快以及金融风险的暴露日益受到重视。目前在WTO体系下,我国金融监管面临着三大挑战,并带来一些具体问题,需要采取相应对策以完善我国的金融监管。
To establish an advanced financial supervision system is more and more important to man age financial risk in the circumstances of financial globalization,on-line banking,accelerated financial deregulation and opening in China.This article aims at giving the policy proposal for the innovation of financial supervision system to deal with these challenges and issues in China.
