介绍了林达化工技术工程公司低温型甲醇合成塔在哈尔滨气化厂新建低压甲醇装置中的运用情况。通过 1年多的运行 ,表明这台DN2 0 0 0的低压甲醇塔具有结构简单合理、温差小、温度均匀平稳、操作弹性大、触媒装填系数大、投资省的特点 ,超过了年产 8万t甲醇的设计能力。

The successful use is presented of the Linda low pressure uniform temperature methanol converter in the newly built low pressure unit at Harbin Gasification Plant. After more than a year of operation it is found that this DN2000 low pressure methanol converter has the characteristics of simple and rational configuration, small temperature differenee, uniform and stable temperature, high operational flexibility, high catalyst charging factor, low investment, and has surpassed the design capacity of 80 000 t/a of methanol.
