摘要
油田开发后期油井供液量不足 ,造成抽油机的抽空和机械磨损 ,为此 ,利用单片机系统通过实时检测抽油机电压、电流及其相位差 ,建立相应的功率因数曲线 ,采用自适应优化机制 ,动态调整启停机时间 ,实现抽油机的运行时间随油井的液量变化而变化。在保证油井产量的前提下 ,实现抽油机工作效率的最优化 ,达到节能降耗的目的 ,现场应用显示 ,系统节能效果良好。
By measuring real-time phase difference of voltage and current of motor, a monitoring system based on single microcomputer is developed to construct the power factor curve for the monitor. The designed adaptive optimum mechanism in the system can dynamically adjust the time of start-stop motor and control the run-time of motor according to the oil well output, so as to realize the optimum of the oil motor efficiency, save power and lower wastage.
