摘要
利用马来酸单酯改性酚醛环氧树脂合成了一系列低粘度光敏树脂 ,并对所合成树脂的粘度、收缩率、光敏性等性能进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,马来酸单酯改性环氧树脂体系的粘度随碳链的延长而大幅度降低 ,正己醇、月桂醇和十八醇马来酸单酯改性环氧树脂的粘度分别为 2 4 .5 5 0 ,12 .4 5 0 ,5 .2 2 0Pa .s ,而树脂体系的收缩率则分别为 6 .79% ,6 .4 7% ,5 .5 8% ,凝胶率也因交联密度的降低而有所降低。
A series of low viscosity photo sensitive resins based on phenolic epoxy resin modified with monoester of maleic acid were synthesized.The properties such as viscosity,volume shrinkage,photosensitivity of modified resins are also studied.The experimental results show that the viscosity of the modified resins is significantly reduced as the carbon chain of the esters is extended.The viscosities of the resins modified with monoesters of maleic acid from n hexanol,lauryl alcohol and stearyl alcohol are 24.550,12.450 and 5.220 Pa·s respectively.The volume shrinkages are 6.79%,6.47% and 5.58% respectively.The gel contents are also reduced due to the reduction of the crosslink density.
