摘要
研究了轮胎胶粉 /线性低密度聚乙烯 (LLDPE)共混材料的性能。结果表明 ,加入适量的未经处理的胶粉可降低共混体的硬度 ,但同时也降低了材料的拉伸强度。用质量分数为 3 %的硼酸酯偶联剂SB -182处理胶粉 ,当胶粉添加量为 10 %时 ,可使材料的断裂伸长率提高 80 % ,用 2 %的SB -J处理胶粉 。
Property of blend of tyre rubber powder/LLDPE was studied. The results indicated that compounding LLDPE with tyre rubber powder can decrease the hardness of the system, as well as the tensile strength. When the mass percentage of tyre rubber powder treated with 3% boric acid ester coupling agent SB-182 reached 10% , the elongation at break increased by 80%.Both the tensile strength and elongation at break of the system increased when the added tyre rubber powder was treated with 2% SB-J.
