中医药防治“非典”相关问题的探讨

Several Questions Concerning Prevention and Treatment of SARS with Traditional Chinese Medicine

对中医药防治“非典”中的一些理论问题 ,如传统辨证与辨病毒、清热解毒与祛邪、补气扶正与恋邪助邪、避秽解毒与预防的主旨、中医药疗效评价等问题进行了深入探讨。认为只有在明辨思路、正确立法的基础上 ,才能充分发挥中医药优势 ,应当抓住机遇 ,切实进行中医药研究 ,从而为各种传染病的防治。

This paper presents discussions on several questions concerning the prevention and treatment of SARS with traditional Chinese medicine, including traditional syndrome differentiation and differentiating viruses, clearing away heat to remove toxins and eliminating pathogenic factors, reinforcing anti-pathogenic factors and lingering pathogenic factors, removing toxins and evaluation of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine, etc. The author believes that only when the correct therapeutic principles are established can we make full use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat various epidemic diseases.
