针对分馏塔结盐问题进行了原因分析,提出了一种新的洗塔方案,该方案不仅能保证洗塔期间产品质量合格,而且可避免结盐装置停工或切进料处理,使生产免受损失。并提出了预防结盐的措施。

The reason of producing salt inside fractionator was analyzed. The method is taken to solve the problem. Not only the product during washing fractionator is up to standard, but also it can be avoided that the units produced salt inside stop running and feedstocks are excised by the method. In the same time the loss is further avoided. And put forward the precautionary measures.
