由于近年来对血管内皮细胞 (VEC)生物学功能认识的不断深入 ,对动脉粥样硬化 (AS)和冠心病 (CHD)发病机制的研究重点逐渐转向VEC功能障碍。作者综述了近年来动脉粥样硬化、冠心病与血管内皮细胞损伤机制的研究概况。并指出了阻断白细胞、血小板与内皮细胞的粘附 ,对于高脂血症。

Reseatly the vascular endothelial cell (VEC) are greatly focused when it is involved in the formation of atherosclerosis (AS) and coronary heart disease (CHD). The author summarized the research progress on the relationship between atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and vascular endothelial cell injury., and suggested that cutting-out the adhesion of leucocyte and platelet to endothelial cell would do great benefit to prevent and cure hyperlipemia and atherosclerosis.
