开设毛竹山机耕路竹林效益的研究

Research on Benefits of Building the Road for Transporting Bamboo Resources

通过对福建省毛竹林面积最大的乡 (镇 )迪口镇竹山机耕路开设后产生的效益进行预测分析表明 :全镇 2 0 .6万亩毛竹林每度竹山产值可增加 1 341万元 ,人均收入增加 4 2 0元 ,农特产税收入增加 70 .8万元 ,林业育林金收入增加 4 3.7万元 ,达到农民增收、财政增税、部门增费的目的 ,同时还节约运竹材成本 5 0～ 1 0 0万元。从生产笋干转入直接卖鲜笋后 ,每度可减少 4 5 77m3 薪材资源的消耗 ,能有效地保护竹林内阔叶树资源 ,改善竹林生态环境 ,提高竹林质量 。

By analyzing the benefits of building the roads for transporting bamboo resources, it shows that the output of bamboo forestry can increase to 13,410,000yuan, the income 420yuan per person, the tax 7,080,000yuan. At the same time, it saves cost for transporting 500,000 to 1,000,000yuan. More important, it can improve the ecological environment and the quality of bamboo forest, realizing continuous development of bamboo forest.
