摘要
当不少人正津津乐道"教育信息化"、"信息技术与课程整合"、"数字化教育"的时候,可曾想过目前我国教育信息化的"数字鸿沟"?5月中旬笔者有幸考察了广东省几所中小学,深切地感受到了"天壤之别"的切肤之痛.
After seeing about GuangZhou 97 middle school and YangJiang 1 middle school, which have advanced IT learning facilities and high quality teachers, the author find another scene in YuZui primary school and YuBa primary school in QingYuan, which is less than 200KM farfrom GuangZhou. Those two primary schools are short of IT facilities. One has only one computer for routine office works. No computer classroom, no IT course, neither the integration of IT and lessons. The only automatic facility in another is an auto-ring. The discrimination across the 200KM in GuangDong struck the author and brought forward the consideration to eliminate the 'digital gap'.
