民族地方政策与民族法律具有差异性,但二者又具有紧密的联系,在对民族地区经济发展的促进作用上,具有一致性。都是实现民族繁荣和进步的有力保障。
Ecnomic policy and national law in ethnic regions are different in essence.but they are closely related to each other and are consistent in their role in promothing the economic development in tehnic regions. They both guarantee the realization of national prosperity and progress.
