基于三维CAD的机械制图“3D实体教学法”的研究 被引量:10

摘要 工程设计现在已发展到全数字阶段,能使设计、制造一体化过程得以实现的核心是三维实体模型,二维投影图已满足不了形势发展的需求。因此,基于三维CAD绘图技术,本文介绍了《机械制图》“3D实体教学法”的新思想,阐述了其教学顺序、教学重点等教学设计内容与传统的运用正投影视图制图法截然不同的观点,它是直接从3D实体图形开始学习,而不是传统的从投影概念、2D投影视图开始学习,它是以3D实体造型而不是传统的以画法几何作为教学的基本核心。 Modern engineering design has developed into the digital time. The kernel that realizes the integration of design and manufacture is the 3-demension geometric models of the products. It cannot meet the needs of modern design to present designer's ideal with 2-mension drawing. Therefore, this paper based on 3D CAD presents the new idea of 3D solid teaching for mechanical drawing course, and clarities the views that its teaching design contents including teaching sequence and teaching emphases is quite different from that one of the conventional orthograph, the course teaching should proceed directly from 3D solid drawing instead of from the concept of projection and 2D projection drawing, and the course should emphasize 3D solid drawing instead of descriptive geometry.
