脱碳系统半贫液离心泵的腐蚀与防护 被引量:1

摘要 脱碳系统中的半贫液离心泵投用一年多后 ,由于受腐蚀严重 ,不能正常工作 .本文从离心泵本身的结构及操作条件等因素出发 ,分析了产生湍流腐蚀、空泡腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀的原因 ,针对产生腐蚀的原因 ,改善输送介质的条件 ,改造离心泵的结构 ,经实际运行二年多 。 The half deficient liquid centrifugal pump in a decarbonizing system suffered from serious corrosion and did not work normally after operating only for about one year. Based on the structure and operation of the pump, the causes for the turbulent corrosion, cavitation corrosion and crevice corrosion were analyzed. The feeding media condition and structure were improved based on the analysis and subsequently the pump has been working well for more than two years.
