摘要 利用自行研制的微弧氧化设备 ,研究了MB8镁合金表面微弧氧化处理过程中电参数对陶瓷层致密度、表面粗糙度以及电化学阻抗的影响。结果表明 :高频下 ,陶瓷层的致密度有明显提高 ;占空比与陶瓷层表面粗糙度成正比 ;而陶瓷层的电化学阻抗是由频率。 The effects of electric parameters in micro arc oxidizing process on the density, surface roughness and electrochemical impedance of the ceramic layer made on magnesium alloy MB8 were investigated by using self designed equipment. The results showed that the density was raised significantly under high frequency. The duty ratio was proportional to the surface roughness. The electrochemical impedance was controlled by the frequency and duty ratio.
