关于实践“三个代表”改进和加强党的基层组织建设的思考

Some thoughts on the practice of 'Three Represents'and on improving and strengthening the development of the Party at the grassroot level

高等学校学习实践“三个代表”重要思想,切实加强和改进基层党组织建设,必须抓好几个重要环节:一是要掌握新形势下党的基层组织建设面临的新情况、新问题,增强工作的针对性,这是做好工作的前提;二是要转变和理清新形势下基层党组织建设的思路,进一步确立工作的指导思想,这是做好工作的保证;三是要突出新形势下基层党组织建设的重点,进一步明确工作的任务和目标,这是做好工作的关键。

In order to learn and to practise the important idea of 'Three Represents'and to strengthen and im-prove the deveopment of the Party at the grassroot level ,colleges of high education must make great efforts on the following areas:a)having a good grasp of the new circumstance and new problems in the development of the Party under the current situation,with more focus of the tasks ,which is a prerequisite for success;b)changing and developing new thinking for the development of the Party under the new situation,and establishing guiding principles for carrying out the work,which ensures success;and c)always focusing on the main task of Party development under the new situation,and having a clear set of tasks and goals,which is the key to success.
