摘要
加入WTO后,中国企业将面对更加激烈的国际竞争,管理创新势在必行。真正意义上的创新应当求真务实,与时俱进,循序渐进,联系实际,力戒空谈和盲目照搬。应当从企业高层领导者的意识观念创新和企业人力资源管理制度创新着手,进而不断深化创新内容,使企业取得竞争优势地位。
Since joining the WTO,Chinese corporations have faced more intensive international competition,so it is imperative that they are innovative in their management.This article discusses the idea that the true meaning of innovation lies in pursuing the truth and being practical ,keeping abreast with the times,proceeding gradually,linking closely with practices,and avoiding empty talk and copying existing practices blindly.Innovation should start with the mindset of the senior management and the human resources management.Innovation should be intensified continuously,in order that the corporation can gain a competitive edge.
