教学计划是学校保证教学质量和人才培养规格的重要文件 ,是组织教学过程、安排教学任务、确定教学编制的基本依据。本文试就高校教学计划控制的主要步骤谈了几点看法 ,着重对教学计划的作用、内容、制定教学计划应遵守的原则、教学计划的组织。

This paper discusses about a few view points on higher education teaching plan, main steps control, it deals with the subjects of the mission content, rule of the teaching dispatch ,organization of the teaching dispatch and daily work system of the teaching dispatch.
