现代职业教育理念是指人们对现代职业教育的理性认识、理想追求及其所持的职业教育思想观念。其表现形态为现代职业教育的观念、现代职业教育的精神和现代职业教育的使命三个方面。现代职业教育理念的创新趋势是从学校模式走向混合模式 ,从就业教育走向创业教育 ,从能力本位走向素质本位 。

This article discusses the connotation, conformation and innovation of the idea of modern vocational education, which is greatly helpful to promote the development of vocational education in China. The idea of modern vocational education is based on the creative pursuit of the knowledge. The developing tendency of modern vocational education is featured by transforming from school education to the mixed model, from vocation based education to competence based education, and from terminative to lifelong learning.
