Developing Trend of the Universal Commercial Bank and Its Game Theory Analysis

我国已经加入世界贸易组织,在未来不到五年的时间内,将逐步全面开放国内金融市场,到时国内商业银行将直接面对来自世界范围内的全能制商业银行的严峻挑战。改变现存的银行分业经营模式将是尽快提升我国商业银行市场竞争力的有效途径之一。本文从发达资本主义国家商业银行经营制度发展模式、经济学和博弈论的角度出发,分析和解释了实施全能制商业银行经营制度的优势和必要条件,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

Since China has been a member of the World Trade Organization, China's financial market will be gradually opened to the whole world in less than five years. Then Chinese commercial banks will have to face severe challenges from universal banks of the whole world. To change the extant traditional managing model of China's commercial banks will be one of the most efficient ways to enhance the ability of our banks to compete with foreign ones. This thesis will retrospect the development processes of developed countries' baking systems, and from the angles of economics and the game theory we will analyze and explain the advantages and prerequisites of implementing universal banking system respectively. At last we will give some related advice according to the prerequisites.
