陕西关中地区关中奶山羊寄生虫区系调查

Research on Parasitic Fauna in Guanzhong Dairy Goat in Guanzhong Region of Shaanxi Province

对陕西关中地区关中奶山羊寄生虫进行调查 ,解剖 4 0只 ,粪便检查 30只 ,结果发现本地区寄生虫 17种 ,其中吸虫 2种 ,绦虫 4种 ,线虫 9种 ,羊狂蝇 1种及疥螨。优势虫种为肝片吸虫、矛形双腔吸虫、捻转血矛线虫、羊仰口线虫、食道口线虫、毛首线虫。并对该地区寄生虫病防治提出了科学的建议。

Toatally 17 species of parasites, including 2 species of Trematoda, 4 species of Cestoda, 9 species of Nematoda, one species of Oestrus ovis and one species of Sarcoptes scatiei, were found in the parasitological research made in 40 Guanzhong Dairy Goats after postmortem and in 30 ones with feces samples from Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province. The results showed that the preponderant parasites varieties were Fasciola hepatica, Dicrocoelium dendriticum, Haemonchus contortus, Bunostomum trigonocephalum, Oesophagostomum asperum and Trichuris ovis. The research also worked out the proposal to the control of related parasitoses in the region.
