摘要
采用湿法流程进行了蚕丝抄纸实验 ,对制浆、打浆工艺进行了初步研究。对蚕丝纸的性能进行了测试分析 ,并以壳聚糖为施胶材料 ,研究了蚕丝纸的再加工性能。结果表明 ,蚕丝具有较好的抄造适应性 ,成纸具有一定的机械强度 ,透气性、吸水性、渗透性、毛细吸液高度较高。蚕丝纸的打浆工艺应在保证切断的基础上 ,侧重于分丝作用 ,以充分发挥蚕丝原纤层次丰富的结构优势。蚕丝纸的吸附性较好 ,具有良好的再加工性。壳聚糖施胶后 ,蚕丝纸的透气性提高 ,机械强度、抗水性明显增强。
Silk fibers were used as the raw materials for papermaking, the technology of silk papermaking and properties of the paper and the influence of sizing with chitosan on the property of the paper were studied. The results showed that silk fiber could be processed into paper. The silk paper has certain strength, its permeability and absorptivity of liquid are good. Sizing the silk paper with chitosan solution can enhance the strength and water-resistance obviously.
