摘要
研究了胶原蛋白和壳聚糖用量对纸浆纤维的动电特性、大分子之间的相互作用以及纸浆滤水性能的影响。结果表明 ,胶原蛋白使纸浆的Zeta电位降低 ,而壳聚糖使之升高。胶原蛋白对纸浆滤水性能的影响大于壳聚糖 ,胶原蛋白的表面电性是影响纸浆滤水性的关键 ;壳聚糖和胶原蛋白的混合加入 ,使纸浆的滤水性能有所改善 ,并可按要求调节纸张的Zeta电位 ;植物纤维与胶原蛋白之间的相互作用小于与壳聚糖的相互作用 ,当壳聚糖与胶原蛋白的比例为 1∶1时 ,与植物纤维之间的相互作用最大。
The effect of different dosages of collagen and chitosan on the electrokinetic characteristics, interaction between the macro molecules and drainage of pulp was examined. The results showed that Zeta potential of pulp drops when collagen is used. However, the Zeta potential rise when chitosan is used. The effect of collagen on the drainage of pulp is more significant than that of chitosan. The drainage of pulp can be improved by adding collagen and chitosan, and the Zeta potential can also be adjusted according to requirement. The interaction between collagen and cellulose is lower than that of chitosan and cellulose. The interaction among the cellulose, chitosan and collagen is biggest when the weight ratio of chitosan and collagen is 1:1.
