白腐菌对染料脱色及降解的影响因素

Factors Affecting Decoloration and Degradation of Dye Wastewater

在利用采集、分离、纯化获得的 3株白腐菌对 6种不同染料脱色、降解研究的基础上 ,进一步研究了培养基成分 (氮源、藜芦醇添加量、锰离子浓度等 )、缓冲液成分、溶解氧浓度、振荡条件和载体固定状态等因素对白腐菌用于染料及废水脱色的影响。

strains white rot fungus which have ability of decolorizing and degradating of 6 kinds of dye wastewater were studied. The relationship between decolorization efficiency of dye wastewater by white rot fungi and the factors, including culture ingredient (that is, nitrogen, VA, Mn 2+ and so on), buffer composition, shaking condition and support attaching, was studied.
