摘要
研究竹材化机浆 (CMP)增强尼龙复合材料的力学性能、热学性能、加工性能 ,分析复合材料的界面改性及其微观结构。在竹材化机浆与尼龙复合材料复合时加入具有线型结构的羧化聚合物偶联剂 ,可提高竹材化机浆与尼龙之间的相容性 ,产生良好的界面粘合作用。与尼龙基体相比 ,复合材料各项力学性能指标提高了 40 %以上 ,热变形温度提高了 77%。
The properties of bamboo chemimechanical pulp reinforced thermoplastic composite, such as mechanical properties, thermal properties and processing fluidity, were studied. At the same time, interface treatment and microstructure of the composite were analyzed. Adhesion between the bamboo chemimechanical pulp and nylon was enhanced by hydrogen bonding due to the coupling agent which was added into the blended system of bamboo chemimechanical pulp and nylon. Bamboo chemimechanical pulp and nylon had a better interfacial compatibility. Compared with nylon, the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the composite were significantly improved.
